Q: Do you service lawn mowers?
A: Yes, we have a full service department with factory trained technicians. We are able to service most makes and models. We also sell and service lawn trimmers, blowers and other 2 cycle equipment.

Q: How much do you charge?
A: Dependent on the work that is required, we charge parts + labor.

Q: How much is labor?
A: Our shop labor rate is $55/hour

Q: Can you pick up my mower?
A: Yes, we do offer a pick up/delivery service. The cost of this is normally 47$ for mowers in Guilford county. The price increases as the size of the machine increases as we have to use larger trailers, i.e. a compact tractor is $60 and a full tractor is $90, both in Guilford county. Outside of Guilford county is dependent on mileage.

Q: What is your "normal" lead time?
A: Normal lead time is dependent upon the season, i.e. in March, April, May we normally are 10-12 days out. As the weather changes we try to provide service within 5-7 working days.

Q: Do you offer at-home service?
A: We offer a mobile service which is a preventive service, i.e. oil, filters changes, blade sharpening. This is considered normal maintenance. We are not able to do major service at your home, as the technician has limited spare parts and diagnostic equipment on the mobile unit.

Q: Do you offer winter service specials?
A: Yes, normally in Dec, Jan and Feb we offer specials on yearly maintenance. The special is a reduced pick up/delivery charge.
