Q: Do you service lawn mowers?
A: Yes, we have a full service department with factory trained technicians. We are able to service most makes and models. We also sell and service lawn trimmers, blowers and other 2 cycle equipment.

Q: How much do you charge?
A: Dependent on the work that is required, we charge parts + labor.

Q: How much is labor?
A: Our shop labor rate is $60/hour.

Q: Can you pick up my mower?
A: Yes, we do offer a pick up/delivery service. The size of your mowing unit or tractor will factor into the pick up and delivery cost, as will your location distance from our store. This can be calculated and quoted before you agree to pick up and delivery.

Q: What is your "normal" lead time?
A: Normal is dependent of the season, i.e. in March, April, May we normally or 10-12 days out. As the weather changes we try to provide service within 5-7 working days.

Q: Do you offer winter service specials?
A: Yes, normally in Dec, Jan and Feb we offer specials on yearly maintenance. The special is a reduced pick up/delivery charge.
